Ingredients

  • 2 sea bass fillets
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 0.3 cup roasted hazelnuts
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 4255F.
  2. Line a baking dish with waxed paper. Melt the butter and brush it over the fish.
  3. Process the cayenne pepper and hazelnuts in a food processor to achieve a smooth consistency. Coat the sea bass with the hazelnut mixture.
  4. Place in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes
