Ingredients
- 2 sea bass fillets
- 2 tbsp butter
- 0.3 cup roasted hazelnuts
- A pinch of cayenne pepper
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 4255F.
- Line a baking dish with waxed paper. Melt the butter and brush it over the fish.
- Process the cayenne pepper and hazelnuts in a food processor to achieve a smooth consistency. Coat the sea bass with the hazelnut mixture.
- Place in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes
