Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 0.5 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 0.5 cup seeded cucumber, diced
- 1 cup collard greens, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 0.5 teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled and minced
- 0.25 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 1 scoop collagen protein powder
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice and lime juice
- 0.5 cup of water
Directions
- Add all the ingredients except vegetables/fruits first
- Blend until smooth
- Add the vegetable/fruits
- Blend until smooth
- Add a few ice cubes and serve the smoothie
