Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 0.5 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 0.5 cup seeded cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup collard greens, chopped
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled and minced
  • 0.25 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • 1 scoop collagen protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice and lime juice
  • 0.5 cup of water

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients except vegetables/fruits first
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Add the vegetable/fruits
  4. Blend until smooth
  5. Add a few ice cubes and serve the smoothie
  6. Enjoy!
