Ingredients
- 1 cup ice
- 4 tablespoons protein powder
- 1 cup of frozen mango, sliced
- 1 cup of frozen strawberries
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1.75 cup unsweetened coconut milk drink
Directions
- Add all the ingredients except vegetables/fruits first
- Blend until smooth
- Add the vegetable/fruits
- Blend until smooth
- Add a few ice cubes and serve the smoothie
