Ingredients

  • 2 cups of filtered water
  • 1 teaspoon organic stevia powder
  • 1 handful wild arugula
  • 0.5 cup organic Greek yogurt, non-fat
  • 1 banana, in frozen chunks
  • 2 cups mixed berries

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients except vegetables/fruits first
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Add the vegetable/fruits
  4. Blend until smooth
  5. Add a few ice cubes and serve the smoothie
  6. Enjoy!
