Ingredients
- 0.5 cup ice
- 1.5 cups swiss chard, chopped
- 0.5 cucumber, diced
- 0.5 grapefruit, peeled and segmented
- 0.5 small apple, cored and chopped
- 1 scoop collagen protein powder
- 5 mint leaves, chopped
- 1 cup of water
Directions
- Add all the ingredients except vegetables/fruits first
- Blend until smooth
- Add the vegetable/fruits
- Blend until smooth
- Add a few ice cubes and serve the smoothie
