Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen blackberries
- 0.75 cup Whole milk vanilla yogurt
- 0.5 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 0.5 cup of frozen strawberries
- 0.5 cup frozen peaches
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- Dash of ground cinnamon
Directions
- Add all the ingredients except vegetables/fruits first
- Blend until smooth
- Add the vegetable/fruits
- Blend until smooth
- Add a few ice cubes and serve the smoothie
- Enjoy!
