Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blackberries
  • 0.75 cup Whole milk vanilla yogurt
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 0.5 cup of frozen strawberries
  • 0.5 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • Dash of ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients except vegetables/fruits first
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Add the vegetable/fruits
  4. Blend until smooth
  5. Add a few ice cubes and serve the smoothie
  6. Enjoy!
