Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh green beans, ends trimmed
- 1.5 tablespoon olive oil
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
- 1.25 tablespoons fresh dill, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 0.25 cup crushed almonds
- Salt as needed
Directions
- Pre-heat your oven to 400 degree F
- Add in the green beans with your olive oil and also with salt
- Then spread them in one single layer on a large sized sheet pan
- Roast it up for 10 minutes and stir it nicely, then roast for another 8-10 minutes
- Remove it from the oven and keep stirring in the lemon juice alongside the dill
- Top it up with crushed almonds and some flak sea salt and serve
