Ingredients

  • 2 cups cauli rice
  • 6 low carb tortillas
  • 2 cups sour cream sauce
  • 1.5 cups tomato herb salsa
  • 2 avocados, peeled, pitted, sliced

Directions

  1. Pour the cauli rice into a bowl, sprinkle with a bit of water, and soften in the microwave for 2 minutes.
  2. On the tortillas, spread the sour cream all over and distribute the salsa on top. Top with cauli rice and scatter the avocado evenly on top.
