Ingredients

  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 4 cups Swiss chard, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic salt
  • Fresh pepper

Directions

  1. Take a non-stick frying pan and place it over medium-low heat
  2. Once the butter melts, add Swiss chard and stir cook for 2 minutes
  3. Pour egg into pan and gently stir them into Swiss chard
  4. Season with garlic salt and pepper
  5. Cook for 2 minutes
  6. Serve and enjoy!
