Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 0.5 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt.
  2. Set a saute pan over medium heat and warm the oil. Add in the eggs and cook as you swirl the eggs around the pan using a spatula
  3. Cook eggs until partially set.
  4. Top with cheese; fold the omelet in half to enclose filling.
  5. Decorate with tomato and serve while warm.
