Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- Salt, to taste
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 0.5 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt.
- Set a saute pan over medium heat and warm the oil. Add in the eggs and cook as you swirl the eggs around the pan using a spatula
- Cook eggs until partially set.
- Top with cheese; fold the omelet in half to enclose filling.
- Decorate with tomato and serve while warm.
