Ingredients

  • 1 medium avocado, cut into chunks
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
  • Pinch of salt
  • 0.25 cup olive oil

Directions

  1. Take a food processor and add avocado, cayenne pepper, lime juice, salt and cilantro
  2. Mix until smooth
  3. Slowly incorporate olive oil, add 1 tablespoon at a time and keep processing in between additions
  4. Store and use as needed!
