Ingredients

  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground thyme
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 2 (12-ounce / 340-g) skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

Directions

  1. Mix the cayenne pepper, onion powder, black pepper, paprika, thyme, cumin, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Rub the chicken breasts with the olive oil, then put it in the spice mixture. Make sure they are coated all around with the spices, then set aside to marinate for 5 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C)
  4. Put the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes. Flip it over and cook for another 10 minutes
  5. Remove the chicken from the basket to a plate and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving
