Ingredients
- 4 cups butternut squash, cubed
- 4 cups vegetable broth, stock
- 0.5 cup full-fat cream
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Add butternut squash, garlic cloves, broth, salt, and pepper in a large pot.
- Place the pot over medium heat and cover the lid.
- Bring it to a boil, and then reduce the temperature.
- Let it simmer for sometimes
- Blend the soup for 1-2 minutes until you get a smooth mixture.
- Stir the cream through the soup.
- Serve and enjoy!
