Ingredients

  • 2 organic free-range eggs
  • 0.33 cup organic heavy cream without food additives
  • 2 packages of your preferred sweetener
  • 2 tbsp grass-fed butter ground organic cinnamon to taste

Directions

  1. In a bowl, add the eggs, cream, and sweetener, and mix together.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Lower the heat once the butter is melted.
  3. Combine together with the egg and cream mixture.
  4. While Cooking, mix until it thickens and curdles.
  5. When you see the first signs of curdling, remove the saucepan immediately from the heat.
  6. Pour the porridge into a bowl. Sprinkle cinnamon on top and serve immediately.
