Ingredients

  • 4 whole eggs
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 20 asparagus spears, woody ends removed
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped

Directions

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 375 degree F
  2. Grease a pie dish with butter
  3. Place eggs, garlic, pepper and salt to a small bowl and beat using fork
  4. Pour egg mix into your tray
  5. Lay asparagus onto egg into one row
  6. Sprinkle grated cheese over asparagus
  7. Place in oven and cook for 12 minutes until cheese melts
  8. Enjoy!
