  1. Take a saucepan and pour stock into it
  2. Bring it to boil and set it aside
  3. Then take a skillet and melt butter over medium heat
  4. Add mushroom to sauté until it turn into golden brown
  5. Stir in a stock and grated cauliflower
  6. Bring the mixture to a simmer and add cream
  7. Cook until liquid is reduced and cauliflower is aldente
  8. Serve warm and enjoy
