Ingredients
- 1 cup vegetable stock
- 1 head of cauliflower, grated
- 9 ounces mushroom, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and black pepper , to taste
- 1 cup coconut cream
Directions
- Take a saucepan and pour stock into it
- Bring it to boil and set it aside
- Then take a skillet and melt butter over medium heat
- Add mushroom to sauté until it turn into golden brown
- Stir in a stock and grated cauliflower
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and add cream
- Cook until liquid is reduced and cauliflower is aldente
- Serve warm and enjoy
