Ingredients

  • 4 bokchoy , sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 teaspoons coconut cream
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper , to taste

Directions

  1. Mix bok choy with black pepper and salt
  2. Take a cooking pan, heat the oil and onion slice to sauté for 5 minutes
  3. Then add cream and seasoned bok choy
  4. Cook for 6 minutes
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese and cover the lid
  6. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 3 minutes
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
