Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 0.25 c of sour cream
  • 2 large whole eggs
  • 0.3 c of natural sweetener
  • 0.25 tsp of vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Take a medium bowl and add cream cheese, sour cream, eggs, sweetener, vanilla and blend until thoroughly mixed
  3. Place silicon liners in cups of a muffin tin
  4. Pour the batter in your liners and bake for 30 minutes
  5. Refrigerate for 3 hours
  6. Serve and enjoy!
