Ingredients
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 0.25 c of sour cream
- 2 large whole eggs
- 0.3 c of natural sweetener
- 0.25 tsp of vanilla extract
Directions
- Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees F
- Take a medium bowl and add cream cheese, sour cream, eggs, sweetener, vanilla and blend until thoroughly mixed
- Place silicon liners in cups of a muffin tin
- Pour the batter in your liners and bake for 30 minutes
- Refrigerate for 3 hours
- Serve and enjoy!
