Ingredients

  • 1 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup flaxseeds
  • 0.5 cup hulled hemp seeds
  • 3 tablespoons Psyllium husk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 cups water

Directions

  1. Pre-heat your oven to a temperature of 350 degree F
  2. Take your blender and add seeds,, baking powder, salt and Psyllium husk
  3. Blend well until a sand like texture appears
  4. Stir in water and mix until a batter forms
  5. Allow the batter to rest for 10 minutes until a dough like thick mixture forms
  6. Pour the dough onto cookie sheet lined up with parchment paper
  7. Spread it evenly, making sure that it has a thickness of ¼ inch thick all around
  8. Bake for 75 minutes in your oven
  9. Remove and cut up into 20 spices
  10. Allow them to cool for 30 minutes and enjoy!
