Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
  • 0.25 teaspoon baking soda
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine all of the above ingredients until well incorporated.
  2. Line a muffin tin with non-stick baking cups. Scrape the batter into the prepared baking cups.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 15 to 17 minutes.
  4. Transfer to a wire rack to cool slightly before unmolding and serving. Bon appetit!
