Ingredients

  • 4 large whole eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • Salt and pepper taste
  • 3 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 0.25 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 375-degree F
  2. Add yogurt, eggs to a medium sized bowl
  3. Season with salt and pepper, whisk well
  4. Add baking powder, coconut flour and mix until you have a smooth batter
  5. Add cheese and fold
  6. Pour mix evenly in 6 silicone muffin cups and bake in your oven until golden
  7. Enjoy!
