Ingredients

  • 6 whole egg yolks
  • 0.5 c of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp of melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp of stevia

Directions

  1. Whisk egg yolks, almond milk, vanilla, and stevia in a medium-sized metal bowl
  2. Slowly mix in melted coconut oil and stir
  3. Place the bowl over a saucepan of simmer water
  4. Keep whisking the mixture vigorously until thick
  5. Use a thermometer to register the temperature; once it has reached 140 degrees Fahrenheit, keep it steady for 3 minutes
  6. Remove the custard from the water bath and serve chilled!
