Ingredients
- 2 lb pan-dressed trout (or other small fish), fresh or frozen
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 cup butter or margarine
- 2 tbsp dill weed
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
Directions
- Cut the fish lengthwise and season it with pepper.
- Prepare a skillet by melting the butter and dill weed.
- Fry the fish on high heat, flesh side down, for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove the fish. Add the lemon juice to the butter and dill to create a sauce.
- Serve the fish with the sauce.
