Ingredients

  • 3 boneless chicken thighs, sliced
  • 0.5 cup Tikka Masala Paste
  • 1 cup of coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp of butter or ghee
  • 1 tbsp of garlic salt

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the pasta with coconut cream.
  2. Season the chicken thighs with garlic salt, heat the butter, and add to the skillet. Cook the thighs for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Add the tikka masala paste and coconut cream mixture, stir to cover the chicken thighs, and cook for another minute
  4. Serve on a deep dish or bowl over a bed of basmati rice
