  1. Pre-heat your oven to 350 degree F
  2. Take a baking sheet and place chicken, cover with cream
  3. Bake for 30-40 minutes
  4. Take a bowl and mix in chopped celery, peppers, onions
  5. Shred the baked chicken
  6. Peel and chop hard boiled eggs
  7. Take large salad bowl and mix in eggs, veggies and chicken
  8. Toss well and serve
  9. Enjoy!
