Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1.5 cups heavy cream
- 3 ounces celery
- 2 ounce green pepper, chopped
- 0.5 ounce green onion, chopped
- 0.5 cup Keto-Friendly mayo
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Directions
- Pre-heat your oven to 350 degree F
- Take a baking sheet and place chicken, cover with cream
- Bake for 30-40 minutes
- Take a bowl and mix in chopped celery, peppers, onions
- Shred the baked chicken
- Peel and chop hard boiled eggs
- Take large salad bowl and mix in eggs, veggies and chicken
- Toss well and serve
