Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup ground flax seeds
  • 0.5 cup almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 0.25 tablespoons shelled hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt, plus more to sprinkle on top
  • 2 egg white
  • tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Directions

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 300 degree F
  2. Take a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper, keep the prepared sheet on the side
  3. Add flax, coconut flour, almond, salt, hemp seed to a bowl and mix well
  4. Add egg and melted butter, mix well
  5. Transfer dough to sheet of parchment paper and cover with another sheet of paper
  6. Roll out dough
  7. Cut into crackers and bake for 60 minutes
  8. Cool and serve!
