Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons gingerbread spice blend
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Swerve

Directions

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 350 degree F
  2. Take a bowl and add flaxseed, salt, vanilla, sweetener, spices and non-dairy milk
  3. Keep it on the side
  4. Add peanut butter, baking powder and keep mixing
  5. Stir well
  6. Spoon batter into muffin liners and bake for 30 minutes
  7. Let them cool and serve
