Ingredients

  • 12 large jalapeno peppers
  • 16 beef bacon strips
  • 6 ounces full fat cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

Directions

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place a wire rack over a roasting pan and keep it on the side.
  3. Make a slit lengthways across jalapeno pepper and scrape out the seeds, discard them.
  4. Place a nonstick skillet over high heat and add half of your bacon strip; cook until crispy. Drain them.
  5. Chop the cooked bacon strips and transfer them to a large bowl.
  6. Add cream cheese and mix.
  7. Season the cream cheese and bacon mixture with garlic and chili powder. Mix well.
  8. Stuff the mix into the jalapeno peppers and wrap raw bacon strips all around.
  9. Arrange the stuffed wrapped jalapeno on a prepared wire rack.
  10. Roast for 10 minutes. Transfer to a cooling rack and serve!
