Ingredients
- 4 small zucchinis spiralized into noodles
- 0.5 cup of diced onion
- 0.5 cup of red diced pepper
- 3 tbsp of vegetable stock
- 0.25 cup nutritional yeast
Directions
- n a small pot over medium heat, combine the zoodles with the diced pepper and onions and vegetable stock until they have softened and the liquid has evaporated.
- Toss in the nutritional yeast and stir well.
- Serve in 1-2 bowls
