- 3 cups cauliflower, riced
- 0.6 cups full-fat coconut milk
- teaspoons sriracha paste
- 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt as needed
- Fresh basil for garnish
Directions
- Take a pan and place it over medium low heat
- Add all of the ingredients and stir them until fully combined
- Cook for about 5-10 minutes, making sure that the lid is on
- Remove the lid and keep cooking until any excess liquid goes away
