Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
- 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 ounces vegan cream cheese
- 1 cup cashews, soaked
- 0.5 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Liquid stevia
Directions
- Take a container and mix in the crust ingredients, mix well
- Flatten the mixture at the bottom to prepared the crust of your cheesecake
- Take a blender/ food processor and add the filling ingredients, blend until smooth
- Gently pour the batter on top of your crust and chill for 2 hours
- Serve and enjoy
