Ingredients

  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 fresh red chili pepper, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons coconut cream
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 390 degree F
  2. Butter 2 soufflé dishes
  3. Add the ingredients to a blender and mix well
  4. Divide batter into soufflé dishes and bake for 6 minutes
