Ingredients
- 0.5 c of dried raspberries (frozen)
- 0.5 c of coconut butter
- 0.5 c of coconut oil
- 0.5 c of coconut, shredded
- 0.25 c of swerve sweetener, powdered
Directions
- Power your frozen berries in a food processor
- Keep the mixture on the side
- Take a saucepan and place it over medium heat; add remaining ingredients and stir gently until melted
- Pour half of the pan mixture into the baking pan (lined with parchment paper)
- Mix in powdered berries to the remaining pan mixture and stir
- Spoon raspberry mixture over coconut mix in your baking pan
- Let it chill for 1 hour
- Serve and enjoy!
