Ingredients

  • 0.5 c of dried raspberries (frozen)
  • 0.5 c of coconut butter
  • 0.5 c of coconut oil
  • 0.5 c of coconut, shredded
  • 0.25 c of swerve sweetener, powdered

Directions

  1. Power your frozen berries in a food processor
  2. Keep the mixture on the side
  3. Take a saucepan and place it over medium heat; add remaining ingredients and stir gently until melted
  4. Pour half of the pan mixture into the baking pan (lined with parchment paper)
  5. Mix in powdered berries to the remaining pan mixture and stir
  6. Spoon raspberry mixture over coconut mix in your baking pan
  7. Let it chill for 1 hour
  8. Serve and enjoy!
