Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup avocado oil
  • 10 celery sticks
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary, stem discarded
  • 2 sprig fresh thyme, stems discarded
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
  • 3 cups ground flax seeds

Directions

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 225 degree F
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and keep it on the side
  3. Add oil, herbs, celery, vinegar, salt to food processor and pulse until you have an even mixture
  4. Add flax and puree
  5. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes
  6. Transfer batter to your prepared baking sheet and spread evenly, cut into cracker shapes
  7. Bake for 60 minutes, flip and bake for 60 minutes more
  8. Enjoy!
