Ingredients
- 24 oz brussels sprouts
- 0.25 cup fish sauce
- 0.25 cup bacon grease
- 6 strips bacon Pepper to taste
Directions
- De-stem and quarter the brussels sprouts.
- Mix them with the bacon grease and fish sauce.
- Slice the bacon into small strips and cook.
- Add the bacon and pepper to the sprouts.
- Spread onto a greased pan and cook at 450°F/230°C for 35 minutes.
- Stir every 5 minutes or so.
- Broil for a few more minutes and serve.
