Ingredients

  • 1 yellow onion, sliced into rings
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1.75 pounds fresh green beans, trimmed and chopped
  • 0.5 tablespoon salt

Directions

  1. Take a large bowl and mix salt with onion powder and coconut flour
  2. Add onion rings
  3. Mix well to coat
  4. Spread the rings in the baking sheet, lined with parchment paper
  5. Drizzled with some oil
  6. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 Fahrenheit
  7. Parboil the green beans for 3 to 5 minutes in the boiling water
  8. Drain it and serve the beans with baked onion rings
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
