Ingredients

  • 2 ounces butter
  • 1.5 pounds green cabbage, shredded
  • 1.25 cups coconut cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

  1. Take a skillet and place it over medium, add butter and let it melt
  2. Add cabbage and Saute until browns
  3. Stir in cream and lower down the heat to low
  4. Let it simmer
  5. Season with salt and pepper
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve
  7. Enjoy!
