Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 pack frozen acai
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 0.75 cup plain coconut yogurt
  • 1 fresh banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened hemp milk

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients except vegetables/fruits first
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Add the vegetable/fruits
  4. Blend until smooth
  5. Add a few ice cubes and serve the smoothie
  6. Enjoy!
