Ingredients
- 1 spaghetti squash
- 2 cups water
Directions
- Wash squash carefully with water and rinse it well
- Puncture 5-6 holes in the squash using a fork
- Place squash in Slow Cooker
- Place lid and cook on LOW for 7-8 hours
- Remove squash to a cutting board and let it cool
- Cut squash in half and discard seeds
- Use two forks and scrape out squash strands and transfer to the bowl
- Serve and enjoy!
- Tip: If you don’t have a slow cooker, you may use an Iron-Cast Dutch Oven. The temperature is 200 Degrees F for LOW and 250 degrees F for HIGH
