Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup goat cheese, at room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice, fresh
  • 0.5 cup butter, at room temperature
  • 2 ounces smoked salmon
  • Black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Place a parchment paper over baking sheet
  2. Take a medium bowl and stir in goat cheese, smoked salmon, pepper, lemon juice together
  3. Scoop it out into 12 mounds
  4. Chill for 2-3 hours
  5. Serve when needed and enjoy!
