Ingredients
- 0.5 cup goat cheese, at room temperature
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice, fresh
- 0.5 cup butter, at room temperature
- 2 ounces smoked salmon
- Black pepper to taste
Directions
- Place a parchment paper over baking sheet
- Take a medium bowl and stir in goat cheese, smoked salmon, pepper, lemon juice together
- Scoop it out into 12 mounds
- Chill for 2-3 hours
- Serve when needed and enjoy!
