Ingredients
- 1 cup beef stock
- 4 tablespoons peanut butter
- 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.25 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon coconut aminos
- 1.5 teaspoons lemon pepper
- 1 pound beef steak, cut into strips
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
Directions
- Take a bowl and add peanut butter, stock, aminos, lemon pepper and sti
- Keep the mixture on the side
- Take a pan and place it over medium-high heat
- Add beef, season with salt, pepper, onion, garlic powder
- Cook for 7 minutes
- Add green pepper, stir cook for 3 minutes
- Add peanut sauce and green onions
- Stir cook for 1 minute
- Divide between platters and serve
