Ingredients

  • 3 low-carb keto buns
  • 4 slices medium-cut deli ham 1 tbsp salted butter
  • 3 slices cheddar cheese 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 eggs. Scrambled
  • 1.5 tablespoon coconut flour

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F/175°C.
  2. Mix the almond flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl. Put to the side.
  3. Add the butter and coconut oil to a skillet.
  4. Melt for 20 seconds and pour into another bowl.
  5. In this bowl, mix in the dough. Scramble two eggs. Add to the dough.
  6. Add 1/2 tablespoon of coconut flour to thicken, and place evenly into a cupcake tray. Fill about 3/4 inch.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes until browned. Allow to cool for 15 minutes and cut each in half for the buns.
  8. Sandwich: Fry the deli meat in a skillet on high heat. Put the ham and cheese between the buns.
  9. Heat the butter on medium-high. When brown, turn too low and add the dough to the pan.
  10. Press down with weight until you smell burning, then flip to crisp both sides. Enjoy!
