Ingredients
- 1.5 pound ground beef
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Sea salt and ground black pepper, to taste
- 0.25 cup cream of onion soup
- 0.5 teaspoon paprika
Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a saute pan over moderate heat. Once hot, sear the ground beef for 5 to 6 minutes, turning once or twice to ensure even cooking.
- Add in the cream of onion soup, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for a further 3 minutes until heated through. The meat thermometer should register 145 degrees F.
- Serve in individual plates garnished with freshly snipped chives if desired. Enjoy!
