  1. Heat the olive oil in a saute pan over moderate heat. Once hot, sear the ground beef for 5 to 6 minutes, turning once or twice to ensure even cooking.
  2. Add in the cream of onion soup, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for a further 3 minutes until heated through. The meat thermometer should register 145 degrees F.
  3. Serve in individual plates garnished with freshly snipped chives if desired. Enjoy!
