Ingredients

  • 1 pound broccoli florets, steamed
  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled, peeled, and cut into wedges
  • 2 spring onions, chopped'/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and black pepper to the taste

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the broccoli with the eggs and the other ingredients, toss and serve for breakfast.
