- Boil the broccoli florets and stems in a pot of lightly salted water for about 5 minutes, or until it becomes fork-tender but firm and greenish.
- Using a colander, drain the broccoli then put it in a medium bowl. Add the fresh dill, mayonnaise and mix gently. Lightly season with pepper and salt before serving.
