Ingredients

  • 1 pound (454 g) broccoli, cut into florets and stems
  • 0.75 cup fresh dill
  • 1 cup keto-friendly mayonnaise
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Boil the broccoli florets and stems in a pot of lightly salted water for about 5 minutes, or until it becomes fork-tender but firm and greenish.
  2. Using a colander, drain the broccoli then put it in a medium bowl. Add the fresh dill, mayonnaise and mix gently. Lightly season with pepper and salt before serving.
