Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon Celtic salt
  • 1 egg, at room temp
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degree F
  2. Take a baking tray and line it with parchment paper
  3. Take a bowl and add almond flour, salt and keep it on the side
  4. Take another bowl and add coconut oil, pepper, rosemary
  5. Add almond mix to the bowl
  6. Mix well until you have an even dough
  7. Transfer dough to a piece of parchment paper, cover with another parchment paper piece and roll it out into a thin layer
  8. Cut into crackers, arrange them on prepped baking sheet
  9. Bake for 10-15 minutes
  10. Let them cool. Serve and enjoy!
