Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups almond flour
  • 2 baking powder
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 0.75 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F; line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and eggs until smooth.
  2. Whisk in the melted butter and cheddar cheese until well combined.
  3. Mold 12 balls out of the mixture and arrange them on the sheet at 2-inch intervals.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown. Remove, let cool and serve
