Ingredients
- 2.5 cups almond flour
- 2 baking powder
- 2 eggs beaten
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 0.75 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F; line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and eggs until smooth.
- Whisk in the melted butter and cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Mold 12 balls out of the mixture and arrange them on the sheet at 2-inch intervals.
- Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown. Remove, let cool and serve
