Ingredients

  • 3 ounces bacon
  • 6 ounces brie cheese
  • 1 chili pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 0.25 tsp parsley flakes
  • 0.5 tsp paprika

Directions

  1. Set a pan over medium heat and fry the bacon until crispy; then crush it.
  2. Place the other ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine with the bacon grease.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove and form balls from the mixture. Set the bacon on a plate and roll the balls around to coat
  5. Serve and enjoy!
