Ingredients
- 0.25 cup chia seeds
- 0.5 cup blackberries, fresh
- 1 teaspoon liquid sweetener
- 1 cup coconut milk, full fat and unsweetened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Take the vanilla ,liquid sweetener and coconut milk and add to blender
- Process until thick
- Add in blackberries and process until smooth
- Divide the mixture between cups and chill for 30 minutes
- Serve and enjoy!
