Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast halves, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 pound mushrooms, sliced (5-6 cups)
- 1 bunch spring onion, chopped
Directions
- Take a large deep frying pan and place it over medium-high heat.
- Add oil into it and let it heat up
- Put chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes for each side
- Add spring mushrooms and onions, season with salt and pepper as you need.
- Stir it well, and then cover the lid.
- Bring the mix to a boil
- Reduce the heat and simmer for 25 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
